Nearby you will find all the shopping opportunities and easily reached by car is Cape Coral downtown or Fort Myers. The most beautiful beaches of Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva can be reached in 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic, or with a rented boat directly from the house dock. The house has a nice floor plan with two living room areas and it can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Directly from the kitchen or living room you come to the terrace (lanai) with a lounger, 2 rocking chairs, 2 folding chairs and a table with 6 chairs. The small BBQ Grill is with electricity. The pool is to heat either solar or electricity. Enjoy precious hours on the boat dock with 2 bar chairs, table and tikki umbrella and watch the fish or what our wildlife offers here. Bring your own boat or rent a boat and in less than 5 minutes you will be on the Caloosahatchee River, with no bridges or locks, leading directly to the Gulf of Mexico. On the south-facing property with pool deck, you can be pampered by the Florida sun and find soothing cooling in the pool. This home is located in the beautiful Cornwallis neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Cape Coral and about halfway between the Midpoint and Cape Coral Pkwy Bridges. With direct access, without bridges, it takes less than 5 minutes on the Caloosahatchee River to the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful beaches, where you can see with a little luck, dolphins and manatees in their natural environment. It is about 13 miles to Ft Myers Beach and 17 miles to Sanibel where you can enjoy sightseeing or collecting shells and sand dollars on local beaches. There is plenty of nightlife in the area and local bars have daily specials. The house offers you in addition to the master bedroom with king size bed, two guest bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and 2 bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom room has a flat screen TV. The one living room is comfortably equipped with a ...... .. inch smart TV and the other living room invites you to relax and read. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped and the separate dining area is big enough for 4 people.
