Die Villa Coral Key ist ideal die Seele baumeln zu lassen und in der Sonne Floridas die Kraftreserven aufzutanken. Innen bietet Villa Coral Key 3 Schlafzimmer und 2,5 Bäder. Ein extra Zimmer als Büro kann schnell umfunktioniert werden als 4tes Schlafzimmer, fuer Gaeste oder Mitreisende. Die große offene Küche ist voll ausgestattet, hat eine Kochinsel die es ermöglicht mit Blick auf die Lanai (Pooldeck) oder das Wohnzimmer damit sie beim kochen nicht den Anschluss Ihrer Gäste oder mitreisenden Freunden oder Familie verpassen. Es befinden sich 2 Fernseher in der Villa, gekrönt von 60 Zoll HDTV im Wohnzimmer und 43 zoll im Master Schlafzimmer. Selbstverständlich ist das Haus mit Kabelfernsehen und WLAN Internet ausgestattet. Außen sorgt das Pooldeck mit rundum Mückenschutz, der 9 m lange hautfreundliche Salzwasser Pool für ein entspannten Urlaub im Paradies. Am Pooldeck befindet sich ein 3er-Brenner Grill (der Marke Weber) für die Grillfreunde die ihr saftiges Steak selbst grillen wollen. Der Pool ist auch mit einer Poolheizung ausgestattet, für kühle Wintertage, dass Sie auch dann im beheizten Pool schwimmen können. Unsere kühleren Wintertage (was für die Floridianer Winter ist) liegen am Tage ca um die 25-28c und Nachts kann es auch mal runter kühlen bis angenehme 11-15c. Die Villa Coral Key liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, etablierten, bevorzugten Yachtclub Gegend und ist von unseren Gästen als der Garten Eden genannt worden. Die Ruhe finden sie bei der paradiesischen Vegetation und Bananenstauden beim Bootsdock, es gibt Ihnen die Privatsphäre die Sie in Ihren Urlaub brauchen. Das großzügige Dock und Tiki Hut erlaubt es Ihnen Momente der Gemütlichkeit zu genießen. Gäste berichten immer wieder Delfin Familien in diesen Kanal zu sichten. Nach dem die Villa Coral Key sehr Nahe am Caloosahatchee River liegt, ist es für Delfine und Adlerrochen ein kleiner Ausflug in die Kanäle zu schwimmen. Mit dem Boot vom Bootssteg an der Villa Coral Key sind Sie in ca 10-15 min am Caloosahatchee River. Sie können auch bequem das Boot das am Hauseigenen Bootssteg liegt, gegen Aufpreis mieten. Das Pontoon Boot mit Außenbordmotor und einer Länge von 25” fuß (7,62 meter) hat eine Zulassung bis zu 16 Personen und Sicherheitswesten sind genügend an Bord. Ein Boot fuer den perfekten Familienausflug mit viel Platz und geräumigen Verstaumöglichkeiten. Das Pontoon Boot ist mit einem Bimini Sonnenschutz ausgestattet, damit sie und ihre Familie sich nicht unter unserer Florida Sonne einen Sonnenbrand holen. Um dieses Boot zu führen benötigen sie lediglich einen gültigen Autoführerschein und müssen das Mindestalter von 21 Jahren haben. Eine Einweisung für das Boot gibt Ihnen unser Bootseinweisung, die Ihnen das Boot und die Gewässer erklärt. Das Boot ist versichert und hat Sea Tow Mitgliedschaft (ADAC auf dem Wasser).

Property - Well laid out, bright, comfortable, clean and a pleasure to stay in.
We had a fabulous stay at this property and would book again. It's bright, spacious and very comfortable, the pool was clean and a joy to use. Location of this property is just right as its not far from all you may require and want for a relaxing break/holiday. Sue and Marcus who manage this property were helpful, prompt and a joy to speak with both professionally and personally. V. Kent, England Oct 2016.

Villa Coral Key a beautiful home!
We stayed at Villa Coral Key for one week from October 29 and we had a great time. The house was very spacious and very comfortable, the pool was clean and a joy to use. The house was clean when we arrived both inside and outside. We had nothing to complain about, the furniture was perfect and there was even an office that was perfect to work in. The air condition and pool controls were easy to use. There was also a binder full of instructions and suggestions on what to do in the area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The whole experience was great, we would definitely recommend Villa Coral Key. It´s also a quick drive to the community beach and the always great Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill. It is easy to drive to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island. The backside was right on the canal and fully enclosed which kept the pool nice and clean, and definitely helped to keep bugs/mosquitos out. Sue and Marcus came to the house to inform us of the equipment in the house. Both check-in and check-out worked very well. The payment of the rent by PayPal worked well and the deposit was paid back very quickly. Sue and Marcus were very easy to work with, they answered all our questions right away. Very quick response via email. All in all we had a great time and were extremely happy with our stay at Villa Coral Key. We will definitely repeat in the future if we find ourselves in Cape Coral again.

Pure Bliss
Upon entering the Dream Villa, you see the most incredible and inviting view from the front double doors! First, you see this spacious and clean house. then the huge pool in an enclosed lanai to the new dock and finishing at the beautiful canal. The home is so comfortable. It really felt like OUR home. We had the pleasure of staying during early January with our 4 adult children, 3 year old and us, 2 late 40 year olds. The pool took no time to heat up to a refreshing 84 degrees. We all got to sit together at the dining table, play in the pool, enjoy the dock and have enough space for privacy. The outside pool bathroom is a plus. Sue was awesome to work with and responded to my questions within minutes. I highly recommend this property

Highly recommended.
I highly recommend this beautifully landscaped property. The location is great, close to restaurants, shopping, other towns, islands, sightseeing, museums, etc. The house is bright, comfortable and clean with a large, beautiful covered pool that includes a large covered entertainment area. The house is big with lots of room to spread out. We had 2 couples and could have had room for another. The office was great for one of us who still had to conduct business while away. Sue and Marcus are awesome to work with and it's evident that the owner is continually trying to make updates. We didn't know about the outdoor bathroom or the pool cover, which would have been nice. Three negatives: 1)The kitchen is a little quirky. 2)We would have liked to have a tv in our bedroom. 3)The pillows weren't very good. Small things compared to all the positives. We had a wonderful time, lots of fun and laughs so we're talking about dates to do it again next year

Gepflegtes haus in Cape Coral
Wir haben in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus 5 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir mit Musik und einer Flasche Rotwein empfangen. Sue und Marcus waren sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber und sind sowohl bei der Übergabe als auch bei der Abnahme auf unsere Zeitvorschläge eingegangen. Eine informative Mappe lag bereit, in alles Wissenswerte über das Haus und die Umgebung nachzulesen war. Das Haus ist großzügig angelegt und mit wenig Schnickschnack eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ausreichend Handtücher, reichlich Küchenuntensilien und ein großer Weber Grill. Die Kinder durften die Angeln benutzen und haben im Fleet sogar 4 Welze gefangen. Man sollte unbedingt ein Boot mieten. Dabei erschließt sich einem die Schönheit der Landschaft von der Wasserseite aus. Ansonsten ist man rings um Cape Coral auf riesigen Autostrassen unterwegs. Das Haus liegt nahe am Yachthafen. Zumindest Mitte Oktober war es hier trotzdem sehr ruhig und man kann in den guten Betten sehr gut schlafen. Alles in allem, sehr unkompliziert, herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir können dieses Haus und die Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen
