Villa Skyline is located in a quiet and beautiful area Central in Cape Coral that allows to be very fast everywhere. The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, which granted enough privacy. Already in the morning you can enjoy the sun on the spacious pool terrace during the breakfast About 1 quarter of a mile away from Villa Skyline you can go grocery shopping in the neighborhood Walmart. For our readers we have even 5min away our largest Cape Coral Bibliotheca. Cape Harbor is located approximately 10 minutes from Villa Skyline and tempt you to a sundown drink or just for a walk in a Mediterranean atmosphere. The Villa Skyline offers you 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two TV's can be found, one in the living room (55” Flat screen TV) and in the master bedroom (50” TV). We have 3 bicycles in the garage for comfortable exploring rides around the area of Cape Coral. The screened Pool area with Salt Water System with integrated Jacuzzi is furnished for 6 guests. There is an electric pool heater and baby fence if required.
