The Villa Coral Key is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries in the sunshine staat Florida. Inside, Villa Coral Key offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. An extra room as a office can be converted quickly as a fourth bedroom, for guests or fellow travelers. The large open kitchen is fully equipped, has a cooking island which allows you to view the lanai (pool deck) or the living room so that you do not miss the connection of your guests or traveling friends or family while cooking. There are 2 TVs in the villa, crowned by the 60 inch HDTV in the living room and 43 inches in the master bedroom. Of course, the house is equipped with cable TV and wireless internet. Outside, the pool deck with all-round mosquito protection, the 29 ft long skin-friendly saltwater pool for a relaxing vacation in paradise. On the pool deck is a 3 burner BBQ grill (the brand is weber) for the barbecue friends who want to grill their juicy steak themselves. The pool is also equipped with pool heating, for cooler winter days that you can swim enjoined in a heated pool. Our cooler winter days (which is for the Floridian winter) lie on the day about the 77-82 f and at night it can also cool down to pleasant 52-59 f. The Villa Coral Key is located in a very quiet, established, preferred yacht club area and has been named by our guests as the Garden of Eden. You will find tranquility in the paradisiacal vegetation and banana trees at the boat dock, giving you the privacy you need during your vacation. The generous dock and tiki hut that allows you to enjoy moments of comfort. Guests always report dolphin families in this canal. After the Villa Coral Key is very close to the Caloosahatchee River, it is a small trip into the canal for dolphins and eagle rays. With the boat from the boat pier at Villa Coral Key you are in about 10-15min on the Caloosahatchee River. You can also comfortably rent the house owned boat which is right at the boats dock for additional cost. The pontoon boat with an outboard motor and a length of 25 "(7.62 meters) has an authorization for up to 16 persons and safety vests are sufficient on board. A boat for the perfect family trip with plenty of space and spacious storage space. The pontoon boat is equipped with a Bimini sun protection, so that you and your family will not become a sunburn under our Florida sun. In order to run this boat, you only need a valid car driving license and you must have a minimum age of 21 years. An instruction for the boat is given by our boat instructor who will explain to you the boat and the waters. The boat is insured and has Sea Tow membership.

Property - Well laid out, bright, comfortable, clean and a pleasure to stay in.
We had a fabulous stay at this property and would book again. It's bright, spacious and very comfortable, the pool was clean and a joy to use. Location of this property is just right as its not far from all you may require and want for a relaxing break/holiday. Sue and Marcus who manage this property were helpful, prompt and a joy to speak with both professionally and personally. V. Kent, England Oct 2016.

Villa Coral Key a beautiful home!
We stayed at Villa Coral Key for one week from October 29 and we had a great time. The house was very spacious and very comfortable, the pool was clean and a joy to use. The house was clean when we arrived both inside and outside. We had nothing to complain about, the furniture was perfect and there was even an office that was perfect to work in. The air condition and pool controls were easy to use. There was also a binder full of instructions and suggestions on what to do in the area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The whole experience was great, we would definitely recommend Villa Coral Key. It´s also a quick drive to the community beach and the always great Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill. It is easy to drive to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island. The backside was right on the canal and fully enclosed which kept the pool nice and clean, and definitely helped to keep bugs/mosquitos out. Sue and Marcus came to the house to inform us of the equipment in the house. Both check-in and check-out worked very well. The payment of the rent by PayPal worked well and the deposit was paid back very quickly. Sue and Marcus were very easy to work with, they answered all our questions right away. Very quick response via email. All in all we had a great time and were extremely happy with our stay at Villa Coral Key. We will definitely repeat in the future if we find ourselves in Cape Coral again.

Pure Bliss
Upon entering the Dream Villa, you see the most incredible and inviting view from the front double doors! First, you see this spacious and clean house. then the huge pool in an enclosed lanai to the new dock and finishing at the beautiful canal. The home is so comfortable. It really felt like OUR home. We had the pleasure of staying during early January with our 4 adult children, 3 year old and us, 2 late 40 year olds. The pool took no time to heat up to a refreshing 84 degrees. We all got to sit together at the dining table, play in the pool, enjoy the dock and have enough space for privacy. The outside pool bathroom is a plus. Sue was awesome to work with and responded to my questions within minutes. I highly recommend this property

Highly recommended.
I highly recommend this beautifully landscaped property. The location is great, close to restaurants, shopping, other towns, islands, sightseeing, museums, etc. The house is bright, comfortable and clean with a large, beautiful covered pool that includes a large covered entertainment area. The house is big with lots of room to spread out. We had 2 couples and could have had room for another. The office was great for one of us who still had to conduct business while away. Sue and Marcus are awesome to work with and it's evident that the owner is continually trying to make updates. We didn't know about the outdoor bathroom or the pool cover, which would have been nice. Three negatives: 1)The kitchen is a little quirky. 2)We would have liked to have a tv in our bedroom. 3)The pillows weren't very good. Small things compared to all the positives. We had a wonderful time, lots of fun and laughs so we're talking about dates to do it again next year

Gepflegtes haus in Cape Coral
Wir haben in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus 5 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir mit Musik und einer Flasche Rotwein empfangen. Sue und Marcus waren sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeber und sind sowohl bei der Übergabe als auch bei der Abnahme auf unsere Zeitvorschläge eingegangen. Eine informative Mappe lag bereit, in alles Wissenswerte über das Haus und die Umgebung nachzulesen war. Das Haus ist großzügig angelegt und mit wenig Schnickschnack eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ausreichend Handtücher, reichlich Küchenuntensilien und ein großer Weber Grill. Die Kinder durften die Angeln benutzen und haben im Fleet sogar 4 Welze gefangen. Man sollte unbedingt ein Boot mieten. Dabei erschließt sich einem die Schönheit der Landschaft von der Wasserseite aus. Ansonsten ist man rings um Cape Coral auf riesigen Autostrassen unterwegs. Das Haus liegt nahe am Yachthafen. Zumindest Mitte Oktober war es hier trotzdem sehr ruhig und man kann in den guten Betten sehr gut schlafen. Alles in allem, sehr unkompliziert, herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir können dieses Haus und die Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen
