Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva can be reached in 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic, or with a rented boat directly from the house dock. The house has a nice floor plan and it can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Directly from the kitchen or living room you come to the terrace (lanai) with 4 sun loungers and a table with 6 chairs. The gas BBQ grill is free to use. The salt system pool is to heat with electricity. Enjoy precious hours on the boat dock and watch the fish or what our wildlife offers here. Bring your own boat or rent a boat and you are soon on the Caloosahatchee River which leads directly to the Gulf of Mexico. On the west-facing property with pool deck you can be pampered by the Florida sun and find soothing cooling in the pool. This home is located in the beautiful Country club neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Cape Coral and about halfway between the Midpoint and Cape Coral Pkwy Bridges. In addition to the master bedroom with king size bed / bath with shower, there are two guest bedrooms, both with queen size double beds / bath with shower. The master bedroom room has a flat screen TV. The living room is comfortably equipped with a Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped and the separate dining area is big enough for 6 people. Do not miss a walk or bike ride. 2 adult bicycles (free of charge to use, … at your own risk). For the golfers among you, Cape Coral and Ft. Myers numerous golf courses. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for your well deserved vacation.
